Our Story

Crawford Group started in 2011 when our founder realized something was broken in how businesses approached people management. Too many consultants were treating HR like a checkbox exercise. Too many companies were making decisions based on templates instead of their actual culture and values. So we launched Crawford Group with one simple goal: be the consultants we'd want to work with. Over 13 years, we've advised 47 different organizations — from scrappy startups to established operations. We've navigated multiple economic shifts, helped companies through restructuring, and watched countless teams transform when HR became a real priority instead of an afterthought.
